3 Stress-Free Ways to a Better For You Breakfast

Entering into 2020 means our news feeds and social media platforms are inevitably flooded with goals, resolutions and all the ways to make this new year the best one yet. There’s nothing wrong with that, but I know that for myself it can sometimes lead to feeling an enormous amount of pressure. I have goals too, one of them being to feel better in my own skin, and with the help of a few simple breakfast tips I’m going to take strides in getting there in a stress-free way! 

1. Stick With What You Know

I love greek yogurt but after getting into a bit of a rut I realized I’d stop opting for it in the mornings. This was so silly!! There’s no need to re-invent the wheel, simply switch things up a bit and stick with what you know!

Greek God’s Yogurt is rich, creamy and delicious, and an option we love around here! I usually eat it plain or make a bowl, but it’s great for smoothies and to incorporate into recipes too! Another plus is that the milk and cream used are sourced from cows that aren’t treated with growth hormones like rBST.

2. Just Add Almond

Butter that is!!

Almond butter is another way I used to keep my taste buds looking forward to breakfast, but we moved away from the store that used to carry a brand I preferred. That is until I decided to try again and found MaraNatha Almond Butter!!

When I’m looking for something light and nutritious to accompany my Greek Gods Yogurt, this is the sure fire solution! 

They pair so well together and in mere minutes (hello busy mom life), I can have this breakfast of champions that will fuel me for for the day!

3. Get It All At One Stop!

I know I sound like a broken record every time I mention this, but in this season of my life convenience rules supreme! When I’m thinking of buying something I don’t want to have to search around for it. Sometimes that’s just the way it is, but in this case you can find both Greek Gods Yogurt and MaraNatha Almond Butter at Walmart!

See, stress-free and so simple, right? 

Making better choices for myself this year doesn’t have to be complicated, but with Greek Gods Yogurt and MaraNatha Almond Butter it will certainly be delicious!! Grab some at your next visit to Walmart and Happy New Year to you all!!
