This post is sponsored by Cord Blood Registry ® (CBR ®), but the opinions expressed here are my own. In about 6 weeks (or less!) I’ll be holding a new bundle of joy in my arms. It’s hard to believe that the time is fast approaching, but I’m beyond excited to welcome baby #3 to the family!!
In many ways this pregnancy has been very similar to my previous ones, but in some ways I feel like I’m experiencing things for the first time. There’s always something new to learn, a better product or invention, and more knowledge to grow in. One big difference is that for the first time I’m seriously considering preserving my newborn’s stem cells with Cord Blood Registry (CBR).
I remember a few years ago when drinking coconut water was suddenly all the rage. I know it was for good reason, with suggested benefits such as clear skin, a boost in hydration, and possibly aiding in reduced blood pressure (ahhh those electrolytes, hahaha).
While the list of positives went on, I couldn’t get over one simple fact:
I have never liked the taste of coconut.
Not in a dessert, candy, or drink. Nope, never, nada. Lol. Which is so sad considering all of its inherent health benefits.
I wished there was a way for me to experience the benefits without the unpleasant taste, and you know what? Welch’s heard my cry! 😉

My oldest daughter is quite settled into school now. She has a love of learning and really thrives on the routine. However, having her away during the day and then working with her on various things at night, makes me really contemplate my parenting approach.
She’s 5 now, and I can’t help but wonder if I have given her the skills she needs to succeed. With her little sister being at home, I also want to ensure that I am facilitating her growth and her learning to the best of my abilities.I want to see both my girls flourish, so I’ve been using Primrose Schools as my go- to resource for early education & childhood development content.

When my oldest daughter phased out of the Frozen craze, I was certain I dodged a bullet. To my surprise, my youngest expressed her desire to have a Frozen-themed 3rd birthday party this year. She is crazy for Anna and it would appear that Frozen wasn’t going anywhere.
She had yet to let it go (see what I did there? LOL), and it was my pleasure to plan a party that was just what her little heart desired.

My oldest daughter started kindergarten last month, and now that we’re in our 5th week (how is that even possible??), we’re really getting into the swing of things.
Choosing clothes for the school day is a major part of our morning routine, and thanks to OshKosh B’gosh it’s been a smooth process. My Alexandra knows her style and isn’t always receptive to me adding my two cents. I’m learning to be ok with that because she has a number of awesome clothing options from OshKosh!
