A Smart and Sneaky Veggie Option for Your Picky Eater

This post is sponsored by Happy Family Brands but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.

If you’ve been following me for a while on here or Instagram, you’ve surely been entertained by tales of my 3 year old, #LilytheThreenager.

A true threenager in every way, she’s been giving me a run for my money with everything from a general ‘tude, protesting sleep, and the struggle that is mealtime.

As moms we all have our sticking points, and the fight that ensues over dinner (especially where anything  healthy is involved), can drive me crazy!! I know she won’t starve, but I want to see her expand her palette beyond her beloved pb and honey sandwiches. 😉

She is as stubborn as she is sassy, but now that we’ve discovered the Happy Tot Love My Veggies Bowl, I see a breakthrough on the horizon!

Lily is constantly on the move, so the fact that these come in ready-to-eat bowls is super convenient whether at home or on the go. They can be served as-is or slightly warmed, so we typically pop ours in the microwave for about 20 seconds and that’s plenty.

Happy Tot Love My Veggies Bowls are also organic and Non-GMO, with no artificial flavors or preservatives. The best part? Each one contains a full serving of veggies! YESSSSSS!!!

While I will continue to offer Lily vegetables like the rest of the family at dinner and other times of the day, having this option is a great step in the right direction. I want my active girl to have as many healthy options presented to her so she can build a lifestyle on making nutritious choices.

I look forward to trying some of the other Happy Tot Love My Veggies Bowls as well, and you can look for them at your local retailer. Be sure to download this coupon too, and save $1 on Tot Bowls!!

Tell me, do you have a picky eater? What are some of the ways you’ve incorporated veggies into their diet?

    1. She is such a good eater already. I’m sure she would! You do a great job of incorporating healthy options for her!

  1. This is such a good idea! My little one is only 6 months old, but I can already tell we might be in for a food struggle when he’s older haha!

  2. I need this in Canada! I’ve never seen anything like this here and it would be so handy with my picky eaters.
