I love the people in my life and I’m grateful for each and every one of them.
Is this true for you? As sincere as this statement is for me, I know it doesn’t mean that a time won’t come when I end up hurting or being hurt by the ones I care for the most. These are the moments when I begin to re-evaluate words exchanged or my friendships that have been established, and I pray for guidance as I continue to walk in love and seek God’s truth in my various interactions. These times are normal and all a part of growth, but as I experienced this past week, certain moments of over-analyzing reflecting on what may or may not be have a way of bringing me down if I allow them to.
Thankfully God, in His infinite wisdom, reminded me that He is always in control, and feeling a little uncertain about life is no reason to keep me from smiling. Using my precious angel, Alexandra, he showed me that every day is a new opportunity to laugh, laugh, laugh, and embrace the people you love the most!!

She decided it would be more fun to eat with her leg propped up. Maybe it helps the Cheerios go down more smoothly! ![]()

Uh-oh. She found daddy’s wallet! What you don’t see is that she’s already removed the credit cards and is searching for more!! ![]()

Alexandra reminded me so much of my son at that age. She also reminded how love of family gave me home and strength, and yes laughter during the most difficult of time. We see God’s love through our family and friends. Through their kindess, generosity and above all, their love. Happy Valentine’s Day my friend. God bless you and your family always.
Absolutely true IT! I’m glad to have that constant reminder in her, and I always wish you and your family a day full of God’s love and love for one another!!
Happy to see your little angle is growing! Credit card already?!
Yes Amy, she’ll be a year old next month. Ahhhh!
This is so sweet!
Thank you Carolyn!!
